The guided meditations and short articles on this website are intended to help us “Come Home to Our Hearts” and live aligned with our true self and divine purpose.
Earlier this year, I asked for some guidance to navigate the months ahead. I heard 3 words: Calm, Clarity and Courage. When I feel calm, I can access clarity and courage. When I feel angry, afraid or in pain, I need to pause or I might add to the disturbance. A few months later, I heard a 4 words: Say Yes, and Breathe. When I accept this moment with a Yes and let my breath bring me into my body, I can choose and create consciously.
I share these tools to help us maintain our connection to our deep truth while living through turbulent times. When we are fully present to what is, we can more easily navigate through confusion and chaos. Without this inner peace and clarity, we might be sunk in the storm or lead others off a cliff.
We are powerful creators with access to infinite possibilities. Let us use the Light and Love of our higher self to transform anger, conflict, and hopelessness into gratitude, forgiveness, and grace.
Now is the time. Your presence makes a difference. Let your Light shine!
